ABOUT US
We are a small, friendly and non - intimidating Gym in Malvern. We opened in 2014 and have continued to help people achieve great results. We can help you lose body fat, increase fitness, develop muscle tone or simply help you feel better. All ages and abilities welcome.
We have on-site Fitness Instructors who are on hand to help you around the Gym. Our Gym is regularly cleaned and all equipment is routinely maintained.

THE GYM SPACE
We have a good variety of Gym Equipment, including Cardiovascular and Strength machines. Our Cardiovascular section includes Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Bikes and Rowers. Our Strength section includes Weight Machines, Dumbbells, Benches, Olympic Bars and Cable Machines.
